Who will I talk to on the first call?
The first call is with my patient advisor, who will walk through your goals and anatomy with you. If it looks like a good fit, they bring your case to me personally for review, and I’ll be involved from there.
Do I need to travel for the consultation?
No — the first call is done over video from wherever you are. Travel is only discussed once I’ve reviewed your case.
What should I have ready for the call?
Just your questions and, if you have them, any photos or prior imaging. Your advisor will walk you through what’s needed next.
